Start a video chat →A cookie is a small file your browser keeps so a site can recognize the session it belongs to. OGTV uses them for exactly three jobs: holding your guest session together during a match, remembering small preferences, and counting page visits anonymously. That is the entire list.
The strictly necessary kind carries your session through matching — switch those off and the service cannot run at all. Preference cookies spare you from answering the same setting twice. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate and stay anonymous; they tell us which pages deserve work, never who you are.
Buying coins happens through an external payment processor, which may set cookies of its own to run checkout and stop fraud. Those are governed by the processor’s own policy, and the card details they guard never reach OGTV.
Any modern browser can block or wipe cookies from its privacy settings. Refusing the strictly necessary ones breaks matching and sign-in outright; refusing the others only costs a few remembered preferences. Wiping cookies also ends your guest session — occasionally that is exactly the point.
