Why a short rulebook exists

OGTV drops you face to face with a real stranger in seconds. That only stays worth doing if the people in the queue are worth meeting, so these guidelines define what gets you welcomed back and what gets you removed. They cover video, voice and text in equal measure.

Keep it clean

OGTV is an 18+ service, but it is not an adult content service. Nudity, sexual acts and sexually explicit behavior on camera are prohibited, and so is asking strangers for explicit material. Warm, flirty conversation between consenting adults is fine — explicit content is the line, and crossing it ends the account.

Respect the human across the glass

No harassment, no hate speech, no threats, no targeting someone for who they are. A no is a no, on camera and in text alike. If a chat is not for you, skip — one tap, no explanation owed to anyone. The safety tips page gathers the habits that keep good calls good.

No minors, ever

Everyone on OGTV must be 18 or older. Suspect the person on your screen is underage? Report the match on the spot — it goes directly to human review. Accounts tied to minors are removed and, where the law requires, referred to the authorities.

No scams, no spam, no recording

Never ask strangers for money, gift cards or off-platform payments, and never drop promotional links or run scripts at people. Equally important: never record, screenshot or rebroadcast the person you matched with. A private call stays private for both sides of the glass.

How enforcement works

Every report and block feeds human moderation, and repeat offenders leave the matching queue — temporarily for a first offense, permanently when the behavior earns it. The help center explains the reporting and blocking mechanics step by step.
