The direct line

Email [email protected] from any address — no account and no contact form stand in the way. One complete message beats three partial ones, and a human reads everything that lands in the inbox.

What to put in the message

Say what happened and when, name your device and browser, and attach a screenshot if the problem is visual. Passwords, full card numbers and ID documents should never be in the message — support will never request them. If the message concerns another user, the rough time of the match helps the team locate the session.

How long an answer takes

Most messages get a reply within one business day. Safety reports and payment questions can take a few days because they pass through human review or the payment processor — not because they are being ignored. Weekends run slower than weekdays.

What the inbox can and cannot fix

Billing questions move fastest with the receipt from your payment provider attached. Flagging a specific match works better through the in-call report button than by email, because the button bundles the session automatically. For rule disputes, the community guidelines are the reference, not the inbox.

Before you write

Most questions — camera permission, skipping, coins, blocking — already have answers in the help center and the FAQ. Check there first; if the answer is genuinely missing, tell us that too, because that gap is a bug.
